Responsibilites    
The Administrative Offices
Responsible for daily administrative affairs of the whole library, the coordination between different departments and handling external affairs.
Acquisition & Cataloging Department
Responsible for acquisition, collecting, checking & accepting, classification, cataloging, book and periodical processing, readjustment and distribution of all kinds of collections.
Reader Service Department
 Responsible for the management, lending and indoor reading of books, newspapers and periodicals.
Information Technology Department
  Responsible for managing, developing, and maintaining the software and hardware of the library LAN.
Information Consulting Department
 Responsible for literature retrieval, information consulting, sci-tech novelty retrieval, database usage consultation and user training;
